GTA 6 Pre-Orders Now Live: Every Edition Explained
25 Jun 2026

As of June 25, 2026, Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders are officially live on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Rockstar confirmed two editions at launch: Standard and Ultimate. Here is everything you need to know before you buy.
Standard Edition
The base game. Priced at approximately $79.99 based on analyst consensus and retailer placeholder data. Available digitally on PlayStation Store and Xbox Store, and physically at select retail partners. No pre-order bonus has been officially confirmed for the Standard Edition at this stage.
Ultimate Edition
The premium tier. Rockstar confirmed the Ultimate Edition includes an exclusive collection of premium vehicles, apparel, and personalized weapons. It also features two Vehicle Mod Shops that are exclusively open for business with the Ultimate Edition — giving you customization access that Standard players will not have at launch.
Where to Pre-Order
Digital pre-orders are available on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and the Rockstar Games Launcher. Physical copies containing a code-in-box format are available at selected retail partners. No disc version has been confirmed.
Is Pre-Ordering Worth It?
For the Ultimate Edition, yes — if the Vehicle Mod Shop exclusivity is a day-one priority for you. For Standard Edition players, there is no confirmed bonus that makes pre-ordering urgent. You can wait and still get the same game on day one without a pre-order.
Release Date and Platforms
GTA 6 launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X and S. No PC release date has been confirmed. Based on Rockstar history, a PC version is expected but will likely arrive 12 to 18 months after the console launch.
